As we obtain our raw materials from nature, we would also like to give something back. Our measures include:

• Use of our own rainwater clarification system to conserve drinking water resources and prevent pollution from infiltrating pollutants
• Extremely high energy efficiency and low CO2 emissions thanks to the ISO 50001 energy management system (internationally recognised standard)
• Improved, environmentally friendly recipes that allow a lower cement usage
• Extraction of sand and gravel from quarries on site for shorter transport routes
• The most advanced, future-oriented manufacturing technologies
• Use of quiet and environmentally friendly forklifts with electric and gas drives
• Use of an efficient and low-emission heat pump as an energy source
• Use of slag cement, which has almost 50% CO2 savings compared to conventional cement
